Alex Flis is a Senior Recruiting Manager and a Team Leader in the Finance and Accounting Permanent Placement division at Connect Search. She has four years of recruiting experience and was awarded the firms “Most Valuable Player” in 2019! Her focus is on searches covering Investment Management, Private Credit, and Accounting.

Alex graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a major in Finance. Prior to recruiting, she worked within the financial services industry for five years, spending the majority of her time in wealth management and investment banking.
